About the Role
As Service Coordinator, reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll oversee the creation and management of workshop job documentation and prepare customer materials, including estimates, variations, and condition reports. You’ll keep customers and Key Account Managers informed with regular updates on job progress and provide additional support to the Branch Planner when needed.
This role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact by helping shape a new operation from the ground up.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing scope of works and generating estimates and variations.
- Creating detailed condition reports.
- Maintaining accurate records and data management within the ERP system.
- Engaging with customers to ensure effective communication and service satisfaction.
- Assisting with scheduling to meet customer deadlines and requirements.
About the Person
You are a proactive and organised professional eager to make a meaningful contribution to a growing branch. With a keen interest in mechanical components and a strong customer-first mindset, you’re ready to help drive success from day one.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Demonstrated experience in a service coordination, estimator, or similar role within the mining, heavy industrial, or related fields.
- Experience in radiator, air and oil heat transfer components highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with ERP or service management systems is desirable.
