About the Role
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the Perth branch, ensuring it aligns with our commitment to performance, quality, and service excellence. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by leading a new operation from the ground up.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the setup and operationalisation of the new Perth branch.
- Driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the mining and heavy industry sectors.
- Overseeing daily branch operations, including workforce management, financial performance, and service delivery.
- Ensuring that the branch adheres to our high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance, in line with ISO45001, ISO9001, and ISO14001 certifications and Zero Harm commitment.
- Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to develop strategies that align with the company’s goals for expansion and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and high-performance culture, aligned with our values of Integrity, Innovation, Care, and Leadership.
About You
You are a strong leader and thrive in a hands-on and challenging role. You are mechanically astute, detail oriented and an engaging communicator.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or Service Manager role within the mining, industrial services, or related sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of business growth and customer relationship management.
- Excellent knowledge of mobile mining equipment, heavy industry, or thermal management solutions would be highly regarded.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
