Here is this month’s Employee Spotlight with our HR Coordinator, Olivia Wright. Olivia has a passion for people and continues to inspire and support growth throughout the Coxons team.
Since starting with Coxons six months ago as our HR Coordinator, Olivia has quickly become an integral part of our team.
Olivia has been instrumental in developing and implementing various employee engagement initiatives. She has taken the lead in further developing our culture strategies and supported our team members to reach their full potential, encouraging them to tackle new opportunities within the business.
Our organisational Values are not just something that’s up on the wall and they are more than just words. We’ve seen Olivia live out the Coxons Values through her quality work, can-do attitude, and passion to develop her skills and knowledge of the business.
Reflecting on her time with Coxons so far, Olivia said “Coxons is more like a family than just somewhere to work, and that’s something that I really value and love about the business.”
When we asked Olivia for her advice for women wanting to kick-start their career in the mining services industry, she said, “if you just give it a go and put your hand up for any opportunities, you will be supported to grow and have a successful career within the industry!”
