This month, we are thrilled to highlight one of our outstanding team members: Pat Bowen, Service Coordinator at our Rockhampton Branch!
Pat Bowen has been a driving force within the Coxons Group Australia Rockhampton Branch since joining us three years ago. His journey with us began as a Workshop Assistant, where he quickly showcased his skills, hard work, and commitment to excellence. From there, Pat advanced to Radiator Repairer, then took on leadership responsibilities as a Leading Hand, and now brings his invaluable workshop experience into his current role as Service Coordinator.
Pat’s promotion to Service Coordinator has allowed him to ensure that our operations run smoothly, drawing on his hands-on knowledge of the trade. His dedication to the company’s values is evident in every task he undertakes, making him a true asset to the team.
Reflecting on his successful journey at Coxons Group, pat shared “I’ve always had that drive to improve myself, keep progressing, and learn something new. I’m always up for a challenge.”
Beyond his professional skills, Pat is known for his uplifting personality and sense of humour. He brings a light-hearted energy to the workplace that keeps morale high and fosters a positive environment for all.
