About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will lead the workshop team, ensuring safety assurance, quality outputs and timeline adherence. The role will play a significant part in managing personnel, continuous improvements and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include
- Delivering Zero Harm targets.
- Ensuring quality standards are met.
- Achieving Delivery in Full on Time targets.
- Driving cultural leadership and adherence to the company values.
- Optimising employee utilisation and workshop capacity.
- Supervising and managing the workshop team.
- Delivering effective communication, guidance and technical support to the branch.
About You
You are a positive contributor and team player that possesses natural leadership qualities. You are mechanically astute, detail oriented, motivated and organised.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A mechanical trade qualification.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- A strong commitment to health & safety and quality assurance.
- Experience using Cat SIS.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
