This month, we are thrilled to shine the spotlight on Mick Asquith from our Singleton Branch in the Hunter Valley.
Mick has shown tremendous growth since he started with Coxons in Beresfield back in 2017. His extensive historical knowledge and expertise are invaluable assets to our branch. Known as the ‘floater’, he uses his vast experience to assist the team in various tasks, always ready to help out wherever and whenever needed.
This dedication has recently earned him the Quarterly Values Award for Leadership and a well-deserved promotion to Leading Hand, a role that perfectly aligns with his can-do attitude and commitment to Coxons’ values.
When asked what motivates him to come to work, Mick mentioned “the people, the work, and just wanting to do a good job.” One of his biggest motivators is “giving our customers a good quality bit of gear to put back in their machine.”
